All my honey says WILDFLOWER on the label by DEFAULT.  However flavor and thickness of the honey varies greatly between the darkest and the lightest.

My DARK honey contains honey in the range of Medium to Dark.

My LIGHT honey contains honey in the range of Very Light to Light.

My DARK (Dark to Medium) Honey is a true Wildflower  honey of normal honey thickness with a nice robust flavor and is made by bees foraging on a wide variety of floral sources including palmetto, but excluding citrus.

My LIGHT (Very Light to Light) Honey is honey which is very thick with a mild, light flavor and is made by bees foraging during the citrus bloom (orange, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, etc.) season.   If you like Orange Blossom honey, then you should love this pure honey.

When available, you may choose either DARK or LIGHT or purchase some of both.
