All my honey says WILDFLOWER on the label by DEFAULT.
However flavor and thickness of the honey varies greatly
between the darkest and the lightest.
My DARK honey contains honey in the range of
Dark to Medium.
My MEDIUM honey contains honey in
the range of Medium to Light
My LIGHT honey contains honey in the range of
Light to Very Light. My VERY LIGHT honey contains honey
ONLY in the range Very Light and is no longer available. |
My DARK (Dark to Medium) Honey is a true Wildflower
honey of normal honey thickness with a nice robust flavor and
is made by bees foraging on a wide variety of floral sources
including palmetto, but excluding citrus.
My MEDIUM (Medium to Light) Honey is a true Wildflower
honey of normal honey thickness with a nice robust flavor and
is made by bees foraging on a wide variety of floral sources.
My LIGHT (Light to Very Light) Honey is honey which is
very thick with a mild, light flavor and is made by bees
foraging during the citrus bloom (orange, grapefruit,
tangerine, lemon, lime, etc.) season. If you like
Orange Blossom honey, then you should love this pure honey.
When available, you may choose either DARK,
MEDIUM, or LIGHT
or purchase some of each. VERY LIGHT honey is no
longer available. |

All honey is FRESH from recent harvests.
It was processed at room temperature using a hand-held
uncapping knife and hand-crank extractor. Filtering
(straining) when applicable was done painstakingly, slow by
gravity at room temperature to
preserve quality and color. Honey is bottled and stored
in an Air Conditioned environment (below 82 degrees).
The honey is pure and natural, un-pasteurized, and NO
ADDITIVES. This is not foreign honey. It is
produced by Denrig, Inc. (Old Man Riggs) in Alva, FL. Even though many companies
are allowed to add percentages of "high fructose corn syrup"
to their products, this is NEVER DONE with any of our honey...
no additives, no fillers, no stretchers, just pure natural
honey.
The photos on

natural (not enhanced) other than being photographed against a
white backdrop. We sometimes change product
