TERMS, INSTRUCTIONS, THE FINE PRINT, AND OTHER INFORMATION

• PREPAYMENT:  Buyer shall prepay total order including SHIPPING, HANDLING, & INSURANCE.  Payment must be made prior to the processing and shipping of your order.
• SHIPPING CHARGE: Based on total shipping weight and zip code of ship-to address.  SHIPPING is added automatically by the shopping cart program.
• SHIPPING METHOD:  US MAIL (USPS) is available for items less than 3 pounds.  Total orders with shipping weight totals of 3 pounds and greater may ship UPS; however, at seller's discretion, may be shipped via US MAIL (USPS).
• Order Processing: Order processing will begin immediately after I am in receipt of your complete and accurate ordering information.  Make sure you include your full name, complete ship-to address, item numbers, quantities, applicable FLA. sales tax amount, and any other pertinent information.  Processing normally takes 48 to 72 hours.  Order will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours after receipt of payment.
• Sales Tax: 6% Sales Tax will be included on orders shipped to Florida
• Payment & Ordering Methods: Credit cards are ONLY accepted through PayPal. Note:  There is no Sign Up and you do NOT have to be a member of PayPal to pay through PayPal.
• U.S. Buyers Only - Please do not attempt to purchase this item if you are not from the U.S.  Shipments are only made to the United States.

• Discontinued or Out-of-Stock Items: The normal in-stock status for this item is remarkably high.  It is in stock 95% of the time.  If out-of-stock, then most often, this item is likely to be back in stock within 30 days.  The in-stock status for this item is verified periodically, but there is no guarantee that it will still be in stock by the time the funds from your remittance are made available to me (i.e., checks require 10-day wait for clearing before item is committed to buyer).  Stock is often limited and is available on "first-pay, first-get" basis.  Therefore in the rare event that this item should be out-of-stock at the time I receive the funds from your remittance you have the following two (2) options: Option 1:  You can choose NOT to wait, request a refund, and your money will be promptly refunded.  Option 2:  You can choose to wait until the item is back in stock (usually within 30 days) and your item will ship out just as soon as the item is back in stock.

RETURN POLICY

• Return Policy: Once you receive the item, if you are not satisfied with this item, then please e-mail Old Man Riggs and he will send you instructions for returning this item.  Refunds for returned items will ONLY be made through PayPal (even if you paid by check, money order, etc.).  Sorry NO refunds for returned items will be made for postage nor S&H, NOR will you be reimbursed for your expense to return the item.  There will be no exceptions to this "Return Policy".
